District Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Guide and support General Managers across different locations

• Supervise the daily growth of the Mo' Bettahs brand

• Act as the primary point of contact for business operations within the district

• Facilitate team growth and development, focusing on deployment, team building, and strategic people development

• Manage daily operations within the district

• Develop and implement a strategic plan aimed at achieving same-store sales growth

• Enhance the guest experience

• Foster a culture of positivity and continuous growth

• Report directly to the Director of Operations

• Oversee the Southern Utah district, which includes the St. George and Cedar City locations

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant leadership

• At least 2 years of experience in multi-unit leadership

• Strong leadership capabilities and experience in mentoring teams

• Proven success in developing talent and increasing sales as a multi-unit leader

• Energetic, positive, and motivated

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment

• Flexibility to adapt to new processes and systems

• Capacity to see, hear, and communicate effectively

• Physical ability to ascend and descend stairs; sit and stand for prolonged periods; lift up to 30 pounds; bend, stoop, and kneel

• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions as necessary

• Proficiency in working on a computer for extended durations

• Capability to drive or travel for business purposes when needed

• Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic work environment

• Must arrive at work alert and free from sedatives

• Required to disclose any prescribed and/or over-the-counter medications that may affect job performance
