District Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Develop outstanding experiences for guests by managing operational processes and procedures across a network of restaurants.

• Act as the intermediary between sports bars and the support center to ensure effective communication of initiatives, programs, and primary focus areas.

• Concentrate on daily sales, marketing strategies, and operations, including costs of goods sold, labor management, and guest relations.

• Translate overarching business strategy into practical daily execution, offering coaching and feedback to management teams.

• Mentor and assist management teams with team member recruitment, development, performance management, and retention strategies.

• Facilitate the training and development of members of the management team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-unit restaurant operations.

• Broad understanding of functional support areas including Human Resources, Training, Marketing, Finance, and Development.

• Capability to manage and guide the work of others effectively.

• A strong passion for training and developing team members.
