District Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.

📋 Description

• In the role of District Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of stores and mentor a team of General Managers.

• Ensure an exceptional experience for both customers and employees, while achieving operational excellence, merchandising execution, and profitable sales growth.

• Track performance and conduct follow-ups to guarantee that results are achieved.

• Analyze product performance trends and develop merchandising strategies accordingly.

• Conduct impactful store visits that drive behaviors leading to consistent outcomes.

• Recognize and address challenges with effective, sustainable solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A college degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in multi-unit, high-volume, complex business leadership is preferred.

• Willingness to travel overnight and/or between stores as necessary.

• Capability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
