This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Oversee and manage multiple locations within the assigned district.
• Ensure that each location is staffed with skilled and well-trained employees who provide outstanding customer service.
• Implement and uphold standard operating procedures to ensure consistency in service quality and operational effectiveness.
• Conduct regular assessments of location operations to verify compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies aimed at boosting customer traffic and driving revenue growth.
• Offer leadership and mentorship to location managers and staff to cultivate a positive work environment and encourage employee development.
• Monitor and evaluate financial performance metrics to pinpoint areas for enhancement and formulate plans to increase profitability.
• Ensure all locations comply with local, state, and federal regulations pertinent to the industry.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a district management or multi-unit management role within the industry or a related automotive sector.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• A proven history of meeting revenue targets and achieving operational goals.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Capability to analyze financial data and create actionable plans to enhance performance.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations governing the industry.
• Willingness to travel within and occasionally outside the district as necessary.
