This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Build and sustain a diverse, high-achieving store management team

• Provide guidance, mentorship, and overall leadership

• Evaluate district performance and provide feedback to the regional director

• Formulate a district sales strategy that promotes profitable growth

• Inspire store teams to achieve sales and payroll objectives

• Bachelor's degree is preferred

• 5-7 years of experience in multi-unit retail is required

• A valid driver's license is mandatory

• Proven success in identifying and selecting top-performing talent
