This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.
• Optimizes store sales through outstanding customer service, product availability, merchandising, and a remarkable store image both inside and out.
• Supplies store management with insights by summarizing promotional activities; reporting business opportunities, results, trends, and competitive analysis.
• Controls manageable expenses by instructing managers on procedures for mitigating merchandise discrepancies, as well as managing salaries, overtime, cash, and repair and maintenance expenditures.
• Works with the marketing team to ensure that promotions and new product launches are executed effectively.
• Collaborates with vendors to guarantee product availability.
• Ensures the profitability of store operations by overseeing cash and merchandise discrepancies, salaries, and other controllable expense categories on the P&L.
• Guarantees adherence to requirements by enforcing compliance with policies, procedures, and governmental regulations.
• Safeguards employees, customers, and company assets by maintaining a secure and safe working environment.
• Meets financial goals by predicting needs, preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; and initiating corrective measures.
• Provides guidance and direction to store managers, including support in recruitment, selection, and orientation processes.
• Enhances professional and technical skills by attending educational workshops, reading professional literature, building personal networks, or participating in professional organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
• Three to five years of retail business experience or more is preferred; including at least two years of management responsibilities.
• Must exhibit strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, be self-directed, self-motivated, and focused on customer service.
• Capable of supervising and training Store Managers in the use of store equipment, tools, and materials.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is preferred.
• A current valid driver's license is required.
