This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate strategic plans to enhance incremental sales, pinpoint merchandise and inventory opportunities, and leverage cross-functional collaborations.
• Make prompt business decisions, taking ownership of both achievements and areas for improvement.
• Serve as a strategic intermediary for corporate retail initiatives, collaborating closely with corporate partners and the Sr. Director to ensure that field execution aligns with business goals, while advocating for these initiatives in the field.
• Empower, nurture, and motivate store teams to provide outstanding customer experiences.
• Spearhead recruitment, hiring, training, and retention of high-performing General/Store Managers through succession planning, on-foot networking, and a robust market presence.
• Continuously assess team and individual performance by establishing SMART goals and performance expectations; provide ongoing feedback to cultivate a culture of accountability.
• Proactively tackle performance or behavioral issues before they escalate, engaging in challenging, solution-oriented discussions and collaborating with HR when needed.
• Utilize talent review programs to identify high-potential individuals and outline opportunities for growth.
• Promote a workplace culture where employees feel secure in voicing concerns and opinions.
• Exhibit operational efficiency by meeting deadlines, ensuring compliance, and adhering to budgetary and administrative standards.
• Strategically prioritize and balance time among stores, determining in-person and virtual presence based on business requirements.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of multi-unit management experience in specialty retail.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English is essential.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States.
• Ability to meet store scheduling and availability requirements, including the capacity to work a flexible schedule, which may encompass weekends, holidays, and peak retail traffic and sales days, such as the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, and Mother’s Day, among others.
