This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Ensure the attainment of sales objectives, market share targets, and the implementation of commercial strategies within the designated territory.

• Oversee and nurture the field sales team for the interior regions of São Paulo, Triângulo Mineiro, and the Central-West area.

• Execute and assess district action plans that align with both regional and national goals.

• Track performance metrics consistently.

• Guarantee the execution of promotional strategies, marketing materials, and product introductions.

• Cultivate relationships with key clients and influential opinion leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required (preferably in Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Biomedicine, or related disciplines).

• Proficiency in English at an intermediate level; Spanish is a plus.

• Experience as a supervisor, coordinator, or district manager within the pharmaceutical industry and/or healthcare sectors focused on aesthetic applications.

• Proven experience in managing field sales teams.

• Familiarity with sales strategies; analysis of performance metrics (DASHBOARD, IQVIA, sell-in, sell-out); coaching methodologies and situational leadership; proficiency with CRM tools and Excel.
