This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Overseeing effective HR reviews, succession planning, and the development of the leadership pipeline within the district.
• Maintaining consistent quality in the selection, onboarding, and training of salaried managers throughout the district.
• Offering coaching and consulting on development planning for both district and store leaders.
• Enhancing workforce diversity initiatives.
• Organizing hourly job fairs, facilitating RMA forums, and sustaining local hiring partnerships.
• Collaborating with store managers on the selection and continuous training of ASDSs.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of planning and executing salaried and hourly training programs.
• Facilitating, monitoring, and supporting the performance management process promptly and effectively, including code calibration.
• Providing partnership and advice on all terminations and demotions.
• Working with store leadership to engage and coach associates on the sales floor to foster a customer service culture.
• Ensuring the effective use of Company recognition and communication processes.
• Conducting HR Town Hall meetings in stores and following up to ensure effective resolution of issues.
• Supporting leaders in administering the Employer of Choice survey, gathering feedback, and planning action steps.
• Collaborating with the HR Service Center on staffing, associate relations, and other transactional processes.
• Taking a leadership role in executing organizational change initiatives affecting the district or stores.
• Acting as a first responder for labor-related issues, workplace violence, and similar events while partnering with the Regional Associate Relations team to determine next steps and ensure resolution.
• Collaborating with district leaders on strategic plans to enhance business outcomes, customer service, and alignment with Company Values.
• Supporting all HR aspects during new store openings, closures, or relocations.
• Actively engaging in store walks, district staff meetings, and other operational activities with DM.
• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
• Analytical skills with experience in operational, sales, and management roles.
