District Execution Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Attend district meetings to convey service metrics and other relevant information.

• Oversee managers' involvement in the SSC-led captainship program.

• Address and follow up on merchandising concerns.

• Uphold, maintain, and support all lawful company policies and positions.

• Coach and mentor direct reports while providing continuous performance feedback.

• Establish expectations and priorities, assisting with assigned tasks.

• Conduct store visits and monitor reports for both day and night teams.

• Hold the team accountable for expenses.

• Leverage the regional captainship program to identify and resolve local and national issues.

• Generate key merchandising and operational reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen years of age or older.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Familiarity with Tableau.

• Knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint).

• Experience with HRIS software (e.g., IBM Kenexa, PeopleFluent, Tesseract).

• Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrated project management capabilities.

• Ability to articulate complex or technical concepts in simple terms for diverse audiences.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Competence in retrieving, manipulating, analyzing, and interpreting data using web-based applications and handheld devices.

• Experience in the retail merchandising service industry or direct employment with a large-scale retailer with multi-location responsibilities.

• Background in merchandising.

• Experience in project management.

• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory or management experience overseeing large teams.

• Must possess a valid state driver's license and proof of insurance.

• Reliable transportation is required.

• Daily non-overnight travel may be up to 100% of the time.
