This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
• Collaborate with district leadership to create and execute strategic plans aimed at achieving credit performance objectives and effectively communicate outcomes.
• Exemplify strong credit-selling practices.
• Offer hands-on coaching and training to enhance associate confidence in promoting Lowe’s Credit during every sales interaction.
• Conduct weekly calls and engage in store visits to ensure locations are equipped to implement promotional activities and new credit initiatives.
• Gather and relay credit market intelligence to aid in business decision-making.
• Evaluate local and territory performance trends through company reports and ad hoc analyses to uncover credit opportunities, identify emerging risks, and acknowledge performance achievements.
• Build and sustain relationships with district and regional field leaders and business partners within the designated territory.
• Address credit-related issues as needed.
• Collaborate with lending providers to evaluate business risks, safeguard Lowe’s reputation, customers, and assets, and ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Transparently escalate, manage, and report control issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in place of the educational requirement, if applicable.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in retail operations, sales, or credit.
• Alternatively, 5–7 years of combined experience in retail sales or credit in lieu of a degree and required sales/credit experience.
