District Asset Protection Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Instruct, mentor, and guide associates to ensure successful implementation of core Asset Protection initiatives.

• Propel the execution of Merchandise Protection Standards (MPS), Pick Ticket, and Lockup programs.

• Assess Front End Accuracy standards and guarantee that stores foster a culture of safety.

• Carry out prompt interviews for cases of internal theft.

• Establish collaborations with local law enforcement agencies.

• Make recruitment decisions and enforce disciplinary measures, including termination.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• A minimum of 3 years of multi-unit retail Asset Protection experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Familiarity with presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint).

• Proven ability to collaborate and work efficiently with cross-functional teams.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Licensure/certification requirements may vary by location.
