This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Accountable for instructing, mentoring, and training team members to guarantee the successful implementation of fundamental Asset Protection initiatives.
• Propel the execution of the Merchandise Protection Standards, Pick Ticket, and Lockup programs.
• Analyze available data to pinpoint significant theft patterns by class and SKU for both internal and external theft, and devise effective solutions.
• Perform prompt interviews for cases of internal theft.
• Oversee the Company’s strategy for reducing shrinkage.
• Conduct performance evaluations, apply performance management to tackle improvement areas, and participate in RAPM and district talent assessments.
• Forge alliances with local law enforcement to enhance THD's brand presence.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint).
• Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Skills in negotiation, complaint handling, dispute resolution, and managing grievances with both internal and external customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Required licensure/certification to comply with location-specific regulations.
