This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a trusted specialist and strategic collaborator within the clinical diagnostics sector.
• Propel revenue growth and enhance distributor partnerships throughout a designated territory.
• Create and implement business plans tailored to the territory.
• Develop focused campaigns and promotional activities.
• Provide technical training to distributor partners and end users.
• Utilize pricing strategies and contract management to guarantee sustainable, long-term account development.
• Travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
• Occasionally travel across the US and internationally for training and business meetings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a Business-related field, OR an Associate's degree paired with a Clinical Laboratory Certification.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or a customer-facing position within healthcare diagnostics, OR 5 years or more of experience in healthcare diagnostics or IVD regulated diagnostic products.
• Proven experience in developing and presenting technical content to varied audiences.
• Background in immunohistochemistry or a thorough understanding of the clinical pathology market.
• Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales objectives in a territory-based role.
• Experience in managing distributor relationships and navigating complex, multi-layered account structures.
• Knowledge of the global pathology market and its associated business dynamics.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a matrixed organization.
• Proficiency in sales tools and technologies, including CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and sales analysis software.
• Excellent organizational, communication, time management, and interpersonal skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong judgment and problem-solving skills in addressing distribution, product, and customer challenges.
• Must have eligibility to work in the US; this position does not provide sponsorship for work authorization.
