πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Oversee the performance of Axalta & U – Pol distributors within a designated region, collaborating as part of the local sales team.

β€’ Operate with a strong sense of urgency, taking primary responsibility for achieving distribution purchase targets, enhancing distribution profitability and growth, forecasting demand, and upholding the ACS & U – Pol brand image and policy standards.

β€’ Serve as the main point of contact for local distributors in the specified region.

β€’ Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan that includes targets, profitability metrics, and strategies for distribution growth.

β€’ Coordinate the execution of the sales plan in partnership with the wider sales team.

β€’ Identify potential opportunities to broaden Axalta’s & U – Pol’s distribution presence.

β€’ Manage distribution requirements from start to finish by collaborating with other sales and technical roles, as well as supply chain, product groups, and customer service teams.

β€’ Stay informed about the current and future business landscape and industry trends to effectively retain existing customers and attract new ones.

β€’ Clearly articulate the key features and benefits of Axalta & U – Pol products and services.

β€’ Conduct regular follow-up meetings and business reviews with distributors to achieve targeted outcomes.

β€’ Maintain a balance between fostering strong, collaborative relationships with distributors while prioritizing Axalta’s interests and objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A Bachelor's Degree and/or a minimum of 7 years of experience in the Automotive Refinish industry or in the Aftersales Automotive Market (such as tire or oil businesses).

β€’ At least 5 years of experience in sales and retention, with a proven track record of meeting or surpassing goals.

β€’ Preferably experienced in selling to or managing relationships with top-tier customers/distributors.

β€’ Strong business acumen and financial knowledge, or at least a foundational understanding of profitability and business case development; results-oriented.

β€’ Exceptional verbal, written, interpersonal, relationship-building, and presentation abilities.

β€’ Basic proficiency in oral and written English (fluency is preferred).

β€’ Must exhibit strong organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.

β€’ A strong work ethic and self-discipline are essential.

β€’ Flexibility to adapt to various roles as needed.

β€’ Willingness to travel extensively, up to 60% of the time, and ideally be open to relocating in the future.
