This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Formulate and implement SiTime’s distribution strategy for the EMEA region at a corporate level.
• Create and propel attach-sell and ecosystem integration strategies.
• Manage SiTime’s goals, messaging, and execution for distributor and industry-related events.
• Discover, pilot, and expand innovative and distinct sales methodologies.
• Ensure close alignment and coordinated execution among SiTime’s regional sales, marketing, FAEs, and distributor teams.
• Foster sustainable revenue growth through distribution channels.
• Deliver structured internal reporting and actionable insights regarding channel performance.
• Degree in Electronics.
