Distribution Sales Extern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Distribution Partners in your designated area to enhance brand visibility, execution, and product availability.

• Accompany Distribution Partners and engage with all levels—from drivers to executives.

• Conduct retail store visits focusing on merchandising, promotional compliance, and identifying sales opportunities.

• Leverage data and insights to foster accountability with partners and make data-driven decisions.

• Establish strong relationships with store owners and managers to increase shelf space, enhance sell-through, and elevate the customer experience.

• Work together with cross-functional teams to pinpoint issues and suggest solutions that promote growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Transitioning service members qualifying for the DoD SkillBridge Program with pre-approval from the Chain of Command who are within 180 days of separation.

• Ability to engage in an internship lasting 150-180 days.

• Willingness to travel 60% of the time (approximately 3 days per week).

• A strong passion for BRCC’s mission and a commitment to supporting Veteran, Military, and First Responder communities.

• Eager to learn.

• Open to asking questions, seeking feedback, and demonstrating initiative.

• Excellent communication skills with the capability to hold individuals accountable in a respectful, data-driven manner.
