This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Lead a team of Key Account Managers focused on distribution for the US and Canada.

• Collaborate with various teams to achieve favorable business outcomes.

• Identify significant growth accounts and opportunities for customer engagement.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of POS within the distributor to aid in forecasting.

• Responsible for managing distributor POS, inventory, and Sales-In performance.

• Formulate and implement business plans that utilize unique value propositions.

• Establish strong relationships with distributors and conduct regular business reviews.

• Create and drive Demand Creation Programs.

• Organize and oversee consistent product training initiatives.

• Assist in the rollout of new product introductions.

• Collect market intelligence and devise strategies for growth.

• Surpass sales targets and key business objectives.

• Mentor, coach, and develop both direct and indirect reports.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in a relevant field.

• 5 – 10+ years of experience in Distribution Key Account Management and Distribution Sales Management within the Pro AV industry.

• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team.

• Capability to quickly establish credibility with key customers.

• Strong work ethic and business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Proven track record of building internal relationships and influencing stakeholders.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, and Teams).

• Advanced Excel skills, including expertise in pivots, charts, and formulas.

• Willing and able to travel 50%-75% of the time.

• Valid driver’s license.

• Valid passport.
