This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +3 more states.
• Lead distribution sales efforts in the Central Territory for the Lab Diagnostics sector.
• Manage regional relationships and strategic initiatives with multiple national distributors.
• Facilitate engagement at the field level.
• Meet sales, profit, and growth targets for assigned distributors.
• Oversee product launches, training sessions, and business reviews.
• Manage the distributor funnel and forecasting, ensuring each forecast is met.
• Develop strategic plans in collaboration with marketing and sales leadership to foster long-term partnerships.
• Create and execute action plans, coordinating activities across various internal departments and teams.
• Conduct regular business reviews with distributors to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve issues, and uncover partnership opportunities.
• Provide market intelligence to the sales organization.
• Exhibit knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.
• Support leadership in formulating sales strategies that leverage Siemens Healthineers' advantages while addressing competitive challenges.
• Represent Siemens Healthineers at national and regional sales meetings.
• Communicate and influence various roles across the organization.
• Utilize data management software and CRM systems to gather territory intelligence and maintain accurate account information and activities.
• Knowledge of laboratory diagnostics and point-of-care products and their market.
• Experience in collaborating within cross-functional teams.
• Strong background in distribution sales, promotions, both acute and non-acute markets, and funnel management.
• Previous capital sales experience with a proven track record of success.
• Capability to provide consistent forecasts and evaluate channel partner performance.
• Business-level collaboration with distribution partners on managed processes.
• Exceptional customer-facing skills.
• BS/BA in a relevant field, or an advanced degree.
• Over 3 years of experience in distribution and/or Laboratory sales.
• Proficient in using Share or similar CRM tools.
• High level of business acumen, encompassing financial insights, market positioning, healthcare industry knowledge, and customer competencies.
• Ability to create and present business reviews.
• Willingness to travel at least 70% of the time within the U.S.
• Candidates must reside within their designated territory.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of residence is required.
• No prior DUI/DWI convictions or pending DUI/DWI charges or serious moving violations, unless prohibited by state/local law.
• Must comply with applicable client Vendor Credentialing requirements, which may include valid identification, criminal background checks, drug screenings, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training.
