This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.
• Oversee and expand a portfolio of OEM, VAR, and Distribution channel partners to enhance revenue, market share, and long-term business value.
• Identify and pursue new channel opportunities, strategic partnerships, and collaborations for designated markets and product lines.
• Create partner business plans, sales forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Conduct regular business reviews with partners to evaluate performance, compliance, and growth prospects.
• Lead contract negotiations, including multiyear, multimillion-dollar commercial agreements.
• Drive channel quota achievement and ensure high levels of end-user and partner satisfaction.
• Assist partners in formulating go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and co-marketing initiatives.
• Empower partner sales teams by providing support through training, product demonstrations, and sales materials to ensure strong engagement and brand awareness.
• Collaborate closely with internal marketing and product management to create effective partner promotions and campaigns.
• Engage in cross-functional teams (Legal, Manufacturing, R&D, Marketing, Operations) to facilitate the development and execution of partner opportunities.
• Train direct sales teams on effectively engaging with and supporting various channel partners in the field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Life Science related fields (or equivalent experience).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, channel sales (Genomics and/or Chromatography), OEM/VAR management, business development, or similar commercial roles.
• Proven experience in negotiating commercial contracts and managing complex partnerships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and cross-functional leadership abilities.
• Capability to collaborate across all organizational levels, both internally and externally.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, depending on region and partner portfolio.
