This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with distributors and strategic partners.
• Identify new distribution opportunities in key sectors.
• Create and present business plans based on concrete data.
• Monitor and optimize margins by effectively managing sell-out.
• Utilize Salesforce for planning and managing the commercial pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams with a focus on mutual support.
• Provide customized technical support to assigned clients.
• Promote cross-selling activities with existing customers.
• Solid experience in sales, account management, or related roles, preferably within the distribution sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of financial principles, including profit and loss (P&L) management.
• Analytical skills and the ability to interpret KPIs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
• Good command of the English language.
• Degree in economics or a related field.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work both in teams and independently.
