This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
⢠Serve as a communication bridge between Disputes leadership and Finance teams to collect data, address issues, and propose solutions.
⢠Conduct reconciliation of discrepancies between anticipated and actual financial performance related to disputes.
⢠Collaborate with Finance to develop forecasts and plans regarding dispute volumes, resolution costs, and operational effects.
⢠Track and report on dispute performance in relation to financial and operational plans; suggest corrective strategies for any variances.
⢠Comprehend dispute-related KPIs and their influence on both short-term and long-term financial outcomes.
⢠Create and sustain cost models for dispute services, integrating their impacts into forecasts and future planning.
⢠Provide analysis on trends, ratios, and sensitivities regarding dispute performance and financial results.
⢠Develop presentations and reports for Senior Vice Presidents and leadership, emphasizing dispute performance, risks, and opportunities.
⢠Assess new initiatives in dispute resolution (e.g., automation, vendor partnerships) through financial modeling and ROI evaluation.
⢠Collaborate with project sponsors to evaluate the results of dispute-related initiatives post-implementation.
⢠Carry out additional duties as assigned.
⢠A minimum of five (5) years of experience in financial planning and forecasting and/or financial analysis, including cost/pricing analysis or equivalent experience is essential.
⢠Familiarity with financial services is preferred.
