This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
β’ Oversee and resolve OTC disputes for German-speaking clients promptly, accurately, and professionally.
β’ Conduct deduction analysis and investigate the underlying causes of disputes and non-payment.
β’ Initiate, process, and track dispute cases within the appropriate systems.
β’ Prepare and handle credit notes in accordance with internal protocols and approval guidelines.
β’ Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient dispute resolution and maintain a high service level.
β’ Reach out to customers regarding disputed or overdue accounts, ascertain reasons for non-payment, and implement suitable corrective measures.
β’ Examine supporting documents, account information, and case histories to identify the correct resolution path.
β’ Conduct root cause analysis on recurring disputes and propose corrective and preventive measures.
β’ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Supply Chain, and Customer Service, to facilitate dispute resolution and enhance processes.
β’ Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives aimed at boosting dispute handling efficiency and enhancing customer experience.
β’ Proficiency in German and English, both written and verbal.
β’ Background in disputes, OTC, Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, customer service, order management, finance operations, or a related field.
β’ Experience in handling deductions, managing dispute cases, or processing credit notes is advantageous.
β’ Strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capability to investigate problems and identify effective solutions.
β’ Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
