This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Assemble, install, calibrate, and maintain dispenser equipment, which includes both electrical and mechanical components.
• Conduct preventive and emergency repairs to ensure equipment uptime and reliability.
• Guide customers on the proper use and maintenance of their equipment.
• Keep service logs, manage equipment inventory, and ensure the availability of necessary parts.
• Collaborate with your supervisor to develop efficient installation and service schedules.
• Work alongside Sales Representatives to foster and sustain professional relationships with customers.
• Address product demand and service requirements through prompt and quality interactions.
• Place delivery orders as needed and swiftly respond to customer inquiries — overnight travel may be necessary.
• Organize and plan daily, weekly, and monthly service tasks.
• Carry out administrative responsibilities, such as equipment ordering, expense reporting, calibration tracking, and compliance documentation.
• Adhere to all company policies, operational procedures, and safety regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Trade certification or over 4 years of experience in construction or dispenser equipment is preferred.
• Proficient in mechanical, electrical, and basic plumbing systems.
• Capable of reading and interpreting mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record.
• Physically capable of climbing, bending, stretching, and lifting up to 50 lbs. independently (100 lbs. with assistance).
• Strong organizational, planning, and customer service skills are essential.
• Effective oral and written communication skills; able to manage conflicts and cultivate positive relationships.
• Must be willing to maintain a high travel requirement within the assigned region.
• In this role, you will receive a competitive annual base salary ranging from $60,000 to $70,000, depending on your experience and qualifications.
• This position also qualifies for an annual discretionary bonus, which is a variable percentage of your base salary based on individual performance and company results.
