
Dispenser Service Technician – Concrete Admixtures

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Assemble, install, calibrate, and maintain dispensing equipment, encompassing both electrical and mechanical components.
• Carry out preventive and emergency repairs to guarantee uptime and reliability.
• Assist customers in the proper use and upkeep of equipment.
• Keep service logs, manage equipment inventory, and ensure availability of parts.
• Collaborate with the supervisor to organize efficient installation and service schedules.
• Partner with Sales Representatives to cultivate and sustain professional relationships with customers.
• Address product demand and service requirements through prompt, quality interactions.
• Place delivery orders as necessary and respond swiftly to customer inquiries — occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly service tasks.
• Execute administrative responsibilities, including equipment ordering, expense reporting, calibration tracking, and compliance documentation.
• Adhere to all company policies, work procedures, and safety regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
• Trade certification or over 4 years of experience in construction or dispenser equipment is preferred.
• Proficient in mechanical, electrical, and basic plumbing systems.
• Capability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical diagrams.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record.
• Physically capable of climbing, bending, stretching, and lifting up to 50 lbs independently (100 lbs. with assistance).
• Strong skills in organization, planning, and customer service.
• Effective oral and written communication skills; able to manage conflicts and foster positive relationships.
• Willingness to meet high travel requirements in the designated region.
