Dispatcher/Router

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Engages in communication with WM Drivers to aid in resolving issues during their routes.

• Manages incoming service orders, guides drivers, and addresses service-related problems.

• Utilizes WM proprietary software for real-time ticket routing and prepares routes for the following day.

• Assesses the daily staffing needs for drivers.

• Distributes routes and service tickets to the appropriate drivers throughout the day.

• Initiates contact with customers while drivers are on-site to address pick-up and other issues that may hinder service.

• Guarantees same-day service for any missed pick-ups.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a High School Diploma or G.E.D.

• At least 6 months of relevant experience in a team-oriented environment.

• Ability to effectively communicate across various departments.

• Proficient in multi-tasking within a fast-paced environment, complemented by strong organizational skills.
