• Proficient with computers, VoIP systems, and online tools.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Must be self-driven, responsible, and able to work with limited supervision.

• Good proficiency in written and spoken English.

• Must have a functioning PC or laptop with an updated operating system and a headset.
