Dispatcher, Towing and Roadside

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Act as the main point of contact for customers requiring assistance with Roadside Assistance.

• Ensure timely and effective service responses.

• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask.

• Maintain excellent communication skills while handling high-pressure situations.

• Demonstrated experience in dispatching, customer service, or a related area (familiarity with towing and Roadside Assistance).

• Outstanding communication and active listening abilities.

• Capability to juggle multiple tasks and perform effectively under pressure.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Dependable internet connection and a quiet home office environment.

• Proficient in utilizing computers, VoIP systems, and online tools.

• Open to working flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Must be self-driven, accountable, and able to work independently with minimal oversight.

• Good command of both written and spoken English.

• Required to have a functioning PC or laptop with an updated operating system and headset.
