Dispatcher – Home Services, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee and assign technicians throughout the day according to priority, location, and skill set.

• Enhance schedules to maximize job completion rates and meet daily revenue goals.

• Ensure that all jobs are thoroughly prepared with complete and accurate information.

• Foster strong communication with technicians to guarantee smooth job execution.

• Cultivate positive working relationships while providing clear instructions and updates.

• Monitor job progress and make necessary adjustments to schedules.

• Provide customers with timely updates regarding schedules, delays, or changes.

• Manage rescheduling, follow-ups, and conduct post-service "happy calls."

• Address escalations in a professional manner and ensure resolution.

• Collaborate with logistics to verify materials, permits, and manpower availability.

• Ensure accuracy of job details for effective reporting and scheduling.

• Work closely with CSR teams to prioritize urgent or high-value jobs.

• Maintain an active call board by scheduling leads and making outbound calls as necessary.

• Track daily performance metrics such as job count, priority jobs, and revenue targets.

• Ensure all follow-ups and outstanding tasks are completed by the end of the day.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1+ year of experience in dispatching, scheduling, or customer service with US-based clients or companies.

• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services industry with US-based clients or companies is REQUIRED.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to multitask in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Typing speed of 50+ WPM with proficient system navigation skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) and CRM systems.

• Detail-oriented with outstanding follow-through and prioritization skills.

• Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure.

• Must be currently residing in the Philippines or Latin America.

• Must possess a stable internet connection and a remote-ready workstation.
