This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

• Responsible for overseeing mission control for mobile drivers in the role of a Remote Dispatcher

• Creating schedules and resolving issues as they occur

• Ensuring seamless operations while keeping everything on track

• Acting as the primary liaison for drivers and clients

• Maintaining precise records, communications, and logs

• Leveraging communication channels, GPS technology, and dispatch software to keep internal teams and clients informed

• Must be a legal resident of the US and eligible to work in the country

• Skilled in utilizing email, phone, and text messaging in a clear and professional way

• Capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong technical aptitude, trained in the use of routing or dispatch systems

• Quick decision-maker with the ability to address problems effectively

• Dependable and detail-oriented, thriving in high-pressure situations

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including Sundays and nights if necessary

• Experience with Samsara or Verizon Connect, as well as logistics, emergency dispatch, fleet coordination, or transportation is a plus
