Dispatch Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the routing of WRE vehicles while providing outstanding customer service

• Collaborate with Wind River Environmental clients and technicians to address concerns

• Create and manage routes while maintaining communication with technicians

• Keep track of route modifications or road construction challenges

• Handle shift emergencies and coordinate the dispatch of on-call technicians as needed

• Execute special projects as assigned by Central Dispatch Supervisors

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required

• At least two years of experience in route planning or logistics is necessary

• Ability to work in a drug-free environment is essential
