This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Define the user experience strategy for digital initiatives

• Ensure a human-centered design approach

• Conduct leadership and research with users and stakeholders

• Design journeys, workflows, and target experiences

• Validate proposals through usability testing and metrics

• Align design with processes, business, and technology

• Establish visual and accessibility guidelines

• Prioritize enhancements to minimize friction and boost digital conversion

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in UX/UI

• Knowledge in UX Research and Service Design / CX

• Design of journeys and information architecture

• Usability and accessibility testing

• Interface design and experience analytics

• Proficient in tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Miro, Hotjar

• Management tools: Jira and Confluence
