This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Design creative assets for ads (static, motion, reels).
• Develop visual materials for campaigns, landing pages, and CRM.
• Create visual concepts in collaboration with Copywriters and Media Buyers.
• Iterate based on performance data.
• Maintain visual consistency across all channels.
• Create templates and replicable visual systems.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and creative proposals.
• Contribute ideas and solutions, not just execution.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Graphic Designer with a focus on Performance.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro (a plus), CapCut.
• Technology and AI: Familiarity with HubSpot, Lovable, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney.
• Platforms: Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads Library, TikTok Ads.
• Management: Proficient in Notion, Slack, Canva.
• Visual Criteria: Developed aesthetic sense (composition, color, and trends).
• Optimization: Knowledge in visual optimization for digital environments.
