Diseñador de Procesos – Conocimiento en Banca

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Design and implement detailed process models for the solutions developed within the participating teams.

• Stabilize the implementation of processes in collaboration with key functional areas.

• Collaborate with Design and Product teams to create processes that ensure value delivery in the customer or employee experience.

• Update process characterization through architectural transitions.

• Lead and promote the co-creation of customer and employee experiences in process design.

• Implement analytical, modeling, and optimization techniques for process enhancement.

• Support knowledge democratization strategies within the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of proven experience in process design and optimization.

• Knowledge in Documentation, Design, and Process Improvement.

• Familiarity with Project Management.

• Understanding of Agile Methodologies.

• Proficiency in BIZAGI tools or Microsoft Visio.

• Knowledge of digital enablers for process improvement, such as RPA, Artificial Intelligence, Services, and Data Analytics.
