This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Design and implement detailed process models for developed solutions.

• Stabilize the implementation of processes in collaboration with key functional areas.

• Contribute to the design of processes that ensure value delivery in customer or employee experiences.

• Update process characterizations through architectural transitions.

• Lead and promote the co-creation of customer and employee experiences in process design.

• Implement analytical, modeling, and optimization techniques for process enhancement.

• Support knowledge democratization strategies within the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of proven experience in process design and optimization.

• Knowledge in Documentation, Design, and Process Improvement.

• Project Management skills.

• Familiarity with Agile Methodologies.

• Proficiency in BIZAGI tools or Microsoft Visio.

• Understanding of digital enablers for process improvement such as RPA, Artificial Intelligence, Services, and Data Analytics.
