This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +1 more state.
• Manage all business operations for designated products and services within the assigned territory.
• Consistently meet or surpass sales targets annually across designated Revvity product lines.
• Effectively communicate the Revvity vision across diverse scientific workflows and applications.
• Conduct business reviews with the Regional Manager.
• Plan and maintain a precise territory forecast.
• Establish long-term relationships with customers, including key opinion leaders.
• Inform both existing and potential customers about product initiatives.
• Present and showcase product advantages and scientific value to customers.
• Assist in assay optimization and provide training to new customers on relevant products.
• Organize and promote events at customer locations to market products and services.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences.
• Develop long-term account strategies to enhance business growth within the territory.
• Collaborate with Revvity Product Management to identify, communicate, and implement new product enhancements.
• Work across various sales teams and business units to promote Revvity solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences.
• Over 5 years of experience in a laboratory environment conducting drug discovery research, HTS, immunoassays, and assay development, with an emphasis on microplate-based applications.
• Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential; alternative experience may include Field Applications, Laboratory, Project/Product management, Marketing, or other roles in the Life Science sector.
• Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in writing internal and external emails, and the ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone with diverse personality types.
• Capability to provide effective consultations and adapt across Virtual and face-to-face selling models.
• Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally and engage with various business functions.
• Self-driven, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Highly organized, resilient under stress, and adaptable.
• Enthusiasm for staying updated on new technologies and applications in the life sciences market.
• Willingness to travel overnight for conferences and mandatory training and sales meetings (approximately 5% travel required).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, for analyzing territory business trends.
• Experience with assay data analysis.
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn CRM (SFDC) analytical software (PowerBI) and prospecting tools.
