This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.
• Review the existing obligated project worksheets to validate the eligible scope of work and associated costs.
• Ensure alignment by validating the submitted procurement, invoices, and supporting documentation against the project scope of work.
• Conduct research and review relevant regulations and policies that may support eligibility or denial.
• Collaborate with the technical team as needed to address concerns or challenges with recommendations.
• Engage in cost analysis and reconciliation, ensuring insurance alignment with client assets and funding.
• Keep the Project Manager and necessary stakeholders updated on issues, challenges, and resolutions.
• Evaluate performance using key metrics.
• Maintain and monitor data as needed in reporting management information systems.
• Employ analytical and evaluative techniques to identify, consider, and resolve a variety of grant and financial issues and challenges.
• Demonstrate superior customer service skills, including the ability to listen, facilitate, and negotiate solutions to problems.
• Perform timely and accurate tasks as requested, demonstrating expertise in your assigned area.
• As directed by ICF, travel to subrecipient sites to assist in document collection and upload to DRS.
• Coordinate and participate in the resolution of project-related issues and concerns.
• Optimize procedures while maintaining communication and focus.
• Track and manage each case as required in the project report management information system.
• Measure performance utilizing key metrics.
• Keep the management team informed about issues, challenges, and resolutions.
• Exhibit superior customer service skills, with the ability to listen, facilitate, and negotiate solutions to problems.
• Show expertise in your assigned area and perform timely and accurate tasks as requested.
• Travel as necessary to client recovery and ICF sites as required and requested by ICF management.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
• At least 2 years of recent intermediate experience with MS Office (Word, Excel) including Pivot Tables, V-Lookup, and Formulas.
• Over 2 years of experience in Accounting, Insurance, Finance, and/or Auditing.
• Must be prepared and willing to travel (by flight and vehicle) as required for project work.
• Possession of a valid United States driver's license and the ability to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check.
