Disability Transaction Processor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Handle assigned disability transaction tasks, including BLIS and Outsort queues

• Investigate customer applications and available records to identify and verify existing disability claim matches

• Evaluate document images and accurately capture index data within customer systems

• Adhere to established procedures, quality standards, clean-desk policies, and production priorities

• Manage a 40-hour work week in a remote, computer-based production setting

• Utilize coaching and training feedback to enhance proficiency, accuracy, and consistency

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be comfortable following a strict clean-desk policy

• Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete the required background and drug screenings

• Must possess a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)

• Basic PC and internet skills, including the ability to navigate computer applications and perform routine online tasks

• Must maintain a suitable work-from-home office environment and work 40 hours per week

• Must be open to coaching and training

• Must pass an internet speed test: download ≥25, upload ≥5, ping ≤175 ms

• Must have the capability to connect an ethernet cable to a modem/router

• Must reside in an eligible US state or municipality in accordance with applicable wage regulations

• Data entry experience is advantageous

• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel is beneficial
