Director, Workday Consulting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Oversee projects and teams focused on Workday HCM and Financials/FDM modules

• Serve as the architectural authority on Workday

• Lead and nurture a team of Workday Specialists and analysts

• Configure and enhance Workday business processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Workday HCM Core Certification (mandatory)

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline is highly preferred

• A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience with Workday at the enterprise level

• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity

• In-depth knowledge of Workday configuration, security frameworks, integrations, and governance of business processes
