Director, Warehouse Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers.

• Assist in designing layouts and setting up new facilities.

• Travel to various EFW Warehousing locations across the nation.

• Identify opportunities within warehouse operations that could benefit from new technology.

• Design, execute, and support the deployment of operational technology in warehouses.

• Conduct assessments to pinpoint limitations in warehouse operations.

• Train staff and help develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for warehouse technology areas.

• Manage and lead a team of support staff.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or its equivalent).

• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations or a related field.

• Proficient in MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.

• Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.

• Willingness to travel frequently to warehouses across the country.

• Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and random drug and/or alcohol tests.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
