This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Lead the US patient marketing efforts for Sobi's portfolio in rare diseases, with a primary focus on uncontrolled gout.
• Enhance disease awareness, ensure successful product launches, and create patient-focused campaigns.
• Collaborate across various functions, maintain compliance, and achieve measurable results.
• Develop and implement strategies for both pre-launch and launch phases.
• Create marketing campaigns that address disease states and promote branded products.
• Utilize expertise in market segmentation, patient insights, and consumer promotion.
• Manage omnichannel marketing initiatives, including digital, social media, video, search, and point-of-care platforms.
• Work in partnership with medical, legal, and regulatory teams to ensure compliant marketing initiatives.
• Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for awareness, engagement, and patient actions.
• Keep track of competitive activities and consumer trends.
• A bachelor's degree, preferably in business, marketing, or sciences.
• Over 10 years of experience within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• At least 5 years of experience in patient or consumer marketing in the pharma/biotech sector.
• Demonstrated success in launching products in the US market.
• Experience in leading cross-functional projects.
• Specialty experience, ideally in rheumatology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven capability to transition between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
• Previous experience managing teams and influencing stakeholders in a global matrix environment.
• Strong skills in project management, vendor relations, and agency oversight.
• An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience in healthcare professional (HCP) roles, digital marketing, market access, or insights.
• Background in agency or field sales.
• Experience with small to mid-sized biopharmaceutical companies.
