This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as the leading Trust & Safety (T&S) operational architect for TrevorSpace.
β’ Take responsibility for the daily execution of the platform, implementation of policies, and assurance of quality.
β’ Manage the complete lifecycle of incident response.
β’ Ensure that no operational threads are overlooked.
β’ Establish exceptional enforcement standards that protect vulnerable online communities.
β’ Design, expand, and oversee the digital safety infrastructure of the platform.
β’ Serve as a crucial strategic partner supervising global digital compliance, vendor ecosystems, and the health of frontline operations.
β’ 10-15 years of experience in Trust & Safety, operations management, or community moderation platforms.
β’ Profound knowledge of global platform compliance, digital safety standards, and the development of robust SOPs.
β’ Awareness of changes in public policy and internet regulation as it pertains to the LGBTQ+ community.
β’ Proven experience in managing managers, overseeing intricate team structures, and leading extensive, 24/7/365 operations.
β’ Highly autonomous self-starter who consistently operates one step ahead, foresees cross-functional upstream/downstream impacts, and excels with minimal management oversight.
β’ In-depth understanding of the unique socio-technological safety challenges, digital vulnerabilities, and online behavior patterns relevant to LGBTQ+ youth globally.
β’ Experience in change management, including guiding teams through policy changes, platform feature updates, and organizational growth with remarkable clarity and composure.
β’ Demonstrated experience in a high-level operational advisory role.
β’ Exceptional efficiency in delivering reports and presentations.
β’ Experience in leading, developing, coaching, and managing the performance of direct reports.
β’ Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
