• Supervise significant transformation projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and yield measurable results.
• Partner with business owners and stakeholders to establish program strategy and roadmap, while overseeing execution.
• Cultivate strong relationships with senior leaders and both internal and external stakeholders to secure alignment, buy-in, and support for transformation efforts.
• Develop metrics and KPIs to monitor the progress and success of transformation projects, managing tools and reporting mechanisms.
• Recognize and address risks associated with transformation projects.
• Serve as a key advocate for change, facilitating engagement and alignment among teams to achieve transformation goals and performance metrics.
• Lead cross-functional project management of transformation initiatives, including oversight of project plans, deliverables, owners, due dates, and the RAIDE Register (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, and Escalations).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 12 years of experience in transformation management, with a demonstrated history of leading large-scale initiatives.
• Previous experience in management consulting at a top-tier firm is preferred, with a focus on healthcare/Medtech being advantageous.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with executive and senior leadership while effectively building business relationships and influencing without authority in a matrix organization.
• Strategic Thinking: Capable of strategic thought and developing innovative solutions.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Project Management: Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
• Transformation Principles: Knowledge and/or experience with agile/lean processes is preferred.
• Collaborative Approach: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and willing to engage in hands-on work to ensure task completion.
• Adaptability: Ability to navigate and manage change in a dynamic environment.
• Proven history of successfully driving transformation initiatives with significant impact results and collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams, preferably in global organizations and enterprise-wide transformations.
