This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Designs, develops, and standardizes training and development initiatives throughout TrueScripts.
• Establishes a structured, scalable framework that aligns learning with workflows, quality standards, and performance expectations.
• Collaborates with leaders to integrate training into daily operations, key initiatives, and organizational advancement.
• Creates structured onboarding and role-specific development programs, starting with frontline operations.
• Sets clear training timelines, milestones, and expectations to guarantee role readiness and uniformity.
• Develops scalable methods that facilitate both new hire onboarding and ongoing team member development.
• Assesses current training and onboarding practices to identify inconsistencies, gaps, and inefficiencies.
• Establishes and executes standardized processes, documentation, and development materials across teams.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts to create clear, consistent training content, job aids, and resources.
• Implements tools and systems to monitor onboarding progress, training completion, and development efficacy.
• Continuously enhances programs based on feedback, performance metrics, and operational requirements.
• Works with leaders across Member Care, Client Success, and other departments to ensure training corresponds with real-world responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in corporate training, organizational development, or operational development.
• Proven experience in building or significantly enhancing training or development programs, particularly in environments lacking established structures.
• Background in healthcare, pharmacy benefit management, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong capability to create scalable processes and bring consistency to decentralized practices.
• Experience working cross-functionally and influencing others without direct authority.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to translate complex processes into clear, actionable content.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), training tracking tools, or similar platforms is preferred.
