Director, Total Rewards

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance the strategy and sustainability of Total Rewards at Trevor Project

• Establish and manage compensation, benefits, payroll, and recognition initiatives

• Guide a team while working in partnership with executives and stakeholders

• Ensure adherence to multi-state labor laws and supervise payroll functions

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of progressive experience in Total Rewards

• Proven experience in creating or transforming Total Rewards programs

• Extensive technical knowledge in benefits administration and compliance with multi-state payroll

• Experience in managing leaves and accommodations across various states

• Strong analytical skills and project management abilities

• Professional fluency in both spoken and written English
