Director, Thought Leader Engagement, Gyn-Onc

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop and spearhead the national strategy for engaging thought leaders to facilitate the pre-launch and launch of Rina-S.

• Cultivate and sustain strategic partnerships with national and regional Gynecologic Oncology Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

• Recognize trends in the gynecologic oncology field that could influence the adoption of Rina-S.

• Act as the main point of contact for Genmab with prominent KOLs, Medical Experts, and key influencers.

• Oversee the planning of thought leader engagement at major oncology conferences and scientific gatherings.

• Identify, train, and assess the Rina-S speaker bureau.

• Deliver a KYSO customer experience through a cohesive One Genmab strategy across Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Market Access.

• Offer strategic insights from thought leader interactions to enhance brand strategy and launch preparations.

• Foster robust cross-functional partnerships across Genmab teams.

• Manage critical engagement initiatives, timelines, and budgets.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory; a master’s degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Oncology sales, marketing, medical affairs, or account management is required.

• At least 8 years in Oncology sales, marketing, medical affairs, or account management is necessary for consideration for the Associate Director, TLE role.

• A minimum of 5 years of direct experience in Gynecologic Oncology thought leader engagement is essential for the Director, TLE level position.

• Established relationships with national and regional Gyn/Onc KOLs are preferred.

• A strong comprehension of the gynecologic oncology treatment landscape is required.

• Experience with oncology launches is strongly preferred.

• Strategic thinking and cross-functional leadership skills are essential.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities are required.

• Willingness to travel domestically for 2–3 nights per week, including occasional weekends for congresses and conferences.
