📋 Description

• The Production Support role is essential for JLL's PeopleSoft 9.2 Financial Management platform.

• Ensure uninterrupted business operations through proactive system surveillance, swift issue resolution, and assistance with financial processes.

• Maintain outstanding system dependability while acting as the primary technical liaison between IT and finance teams.

• Analyze and resolve intricate production challenges within PeopleSoft Financial Modules.

• Continuously monitor system performance, data integrity, and user experience.

• Address user-reported issues and collaborate with technical teams for solutions.

• Review, test, and implement changes to system configurations.

• Develop and maintain detailed functional specifications and system documentation.

• Provide expert-level assistance to business users and create training resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in supporting PeopleSoft Financial Management 9.2 within an enterprise IT environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• In-depth functional expertise in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 modules with a focus on production support methodologies.

• Experience with system monitoring and incident management.

• Proficient in SQL and PSQuery for efficient troubleshooting and data analysis.

• Strong comprehension of financial close processes and month-end support requirements.

• Excellent communication skills and incident management abilities.

• Proven capability to perform under pressure during critical business periods.
