This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Create tailored solutions that meet customer needs while leveraging Kyndryl's services and capabilities.
• Assess customer business and technical requirements, transforming them into solution architectures and cost models.
• Aid in solution strategy discussions by effectively communicating business value, technical trade-offs, and delivery considerations.
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to gather necessary technical inputs, assumptions, and constraints for proposals.
• Play a key role in bid and proposal development by managing solution documentation and presentations.
• Engage in customer meetings to articulate solution design, scope, and outcomes in easily understandable terms.
• Assist in deal progression by refining solutions, identifying risks, and ensuring readiness for handover.
• At least 8+ years of experience in IT service management, IT sourcing, or IT strategy.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing technical solutions based on customer requirements.
• Knowledge of IT domains encompassing infrastructure management, cloud computing, networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.
• Capability to evaluate complex issues and suggest scalable, practical solutions.
• Experience in creating solution documentation including scope definitions, assumptions, and cost models.
• Background in collaborating with cross-functional teams across sales, delivery, and technical practices.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
