This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee all facets of omnichannel media activation encompassing programmatic and paid social efforts.
• Spearhead and manage campaign strategy and execution throughout the entire campaign life cycle.
• Assist in educating on platform capabilities, best practices for cross-channel activation, and emerging media opportunities.
• Take comprehensive ownership of client accounts, which includes activation strategy, budgeting, execution oversight, optimization, and reporting.
• Contribute to the agency's account growth initiatives through strategic thinking.
• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients by exemplifying the company’s values.
• Transform marketing objectives, audience insights, and brand positioning into effective media communication strategies.
• Encourage high-value customers to engage with clients’ products and services using audience activation strategies.
• Uphold quality control while guaranteeing that projects and campaigns are executed accurately for clients.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in a digital marketing setting, with a preference for agency and/or client-side experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in digital media activation, showcasing strong expertise in programmatic and/or paid social platforms.
• Proven track record in leading omnichannel activation across programmatic and paid social channels.
• Experience in managing complex B2B media programs across various clients, platforms, markets, or business objectives.
• Over 5 years of experience in managing a team of direct reports.
• Established capability to guide senior client discussions, formulate strategic recommendations, and ensure high-quality execution.
