This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Lead, mentor, and expand a team of Commercial Account Executives within the US market.
β’ Take ownership of the team's revenue goals, pipeline management, and forecasting processes.
β’ Personally close key deals while enhancing your team's capability to achieve similar successes.
β’ Define and refine the US commercial sales approach β from prospecting techniques to deal finalization.
β’ Collaborate with Sales Development, Marketing, and Solutions Architecture to generate and convert the pipeline.
β’ Establish structured coaching, conduct deal reviews, and implement pipeline management practices.
β’ Over 5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role overseeing a commercial or mid-market sales team.
β’ A proven history of consistently surpassing team revenue objectives.
β’ Experience in building or scaling a sales team from the ground up β including hiring, onboarding, and coaching Account Executives.
β’ Strong skills in deal execution with expertise in value-based sales methodologies (such as MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or similar).
β’ Capability to function as a player-coach β leading by example in the field while fostering team development.
β’ Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
